Do I have to add funds before ordering?
No. You can pay directly at checkout. Topping up first is optional and recommended for USDT or USDC.
Is wallet credit the same as an UnlockTool licence?
No. Wallet credit is store balance. You still need to order the activation or renewal for your account.
