Choose a permanent username
Use a username you can keep. Copy it exactly because activation is applied to that account identifier.
Use a working email address
Enter an email you control so you can receive account messages and use the developer’s recovery process if needed.
Create a unique password
Store it safely. Your reseller needs the username for activation—not the password or one-time code.
Sign in once before ordering
Confirm that the new credentials work, then copy the username into your order.

No. Registration creates the username. A licence must then be purchased and applied to it.
