Payment and fulfilment happen at iPhone Unlocking Store. The checkout terms and the law of your country govern the purchase. This page explains how to ask for a review; it does not remove any legal rights.
1. Before you order
- Make sure the account exists and you can sign in.
- Choose new activation only for an account that has never been licensed.
- Choose renewal for an account that was licensed before, active or expired.
- Confirm the period (3, 6 or 12 months) and the final total.
- Enter the account email and username exactly as registered.
- Check device support separately — a licence does not guarantee every model or operation.
2. Cancellation
Ask straight away. If processing has not started, the order can be reviewed for cancellation, but this is not guaranteed.
Once a licence has been applied to the account, a change-of-mind cancellation is usually not possible, because a digital licence cannot always be reversed.
3. Cases we review
- The order is still pending well past the normal 5–15 minutes.
- The activation or renewal does not show on the account after delivery.
- The service was rejected or cannot be supplied.
- A duplicate order or payment.
- A wrong email, username, period or service was entered.
- The delivered service does not match the order.
A request starts a review; it is not automatic approval.
4. How to ask
Contact support. Include the order number, order time, service, account email and username, and a short description of what you see. Hide card details in any receipt screenshot.
5. Possible outcomes
Depending on the order and the law, the outcome can be: completing the order, correcting it where possible, a replacement service, store credit, or a refund. If a refund is approved, the store or payment provider decides the return method and timing.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing here removes a guarantee, remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rights vary by country and by personal or business purchase.
