Privacy policy

Clear boundaries for website, support and checkout data.

This policy explains the current static website release and the external services a visitor may choose to open.

Effective: 19 September 2026Independent reseller websiteNo on-site payment collection
Important:

Do not enter a password, one-time code, payment-card number, PIN, wallet key or unrelated device-owner information anywhere on this website.

1. Scope and website role

UnlockTool.tools is an independent reseller and guidance website. It is not the UnlockTool developer’s official website. This policy covers pages delivered from unlocktool.tools; it does not control external websites, applications or messaging services.

2. Information used on this website

The site can ask for limited details needed to prepare a support, order-status, compatibility or reseller enquiry. Depending on the request, this can include a name, email address or WhatsApp number, order reference, UnlockTool username, device model, business region and issue description.

Only provide information relevant to the request. An UnlockTool username is not a password.

3. How request builders work

The current request builders run in the visitor’s browser. This website does not send or store the form submission on its own server. After the visitor reviews the draft and chooses to continue, the text is placed into a WhatsApp link and is then handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy practices.

A prepared message may appear in the WhatsApp link, browser history or device activity. Remove anything sensitive before continuing.

4. External services

ServicePurposeData responsibility
iPhone Unlocking StoreCheckout, payment and order fulfilmentThe store and its payment providers handle the information submitted there.
UnlockTool.netDeveloper registration, account login, password recovery, files and current tool resourcesThe developer service handles information entered on its systems.
WhatsApp / TelegramSupport or channel communicationThe selected platform handles messages and account metadata after the visitor leaves this site.

5. Cookies, analytics and technical logs

The website code in this release does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, date/time and security events, to deliver and protect the website.

If analytics is added later, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before tracking begins.

6. Security and retention

Because this site does not receive form submissions, it does not maintain an on-site support-form database. Messages actually sent through external platforms can be retained there and within the business support workflow as needed to answer the request, document an order issue or meet applicable obligations.

No internet system is completely risk-free. Visitors should use the minimum necessary information and report suspected security issues through the contact page.

7. Your choices and requests

  • You may browse without using a request builder.
  • You may edit or abandon a prepared message before sending it.
  • You may contact support to ask what information is held in a support conversation, subject to identity verification and applicable law.
  • Never send extra credentials to prove identity.

8. Policy changes and contact

This policy may change when website features or external services change. The effective date will be updated when a material revision is published. Questions can be prepared through the support request builder.
